Finding a home should be the easy bit.
Not that long ago, if you were looking for a home in Tayside, there was one place to look. Now homes are spread across a handful of property sites and agents' own websites, and anyone moving ends up checking the same five every night, still worried they've missed the one.
We're here to make it easy again. Tayside Property is a free resource for people in Tayside: free to search, free for agents to list on, no adverts and nothing to sell you. Every home links straight back to the agent selling it, so you deal with them directly, just as you always would.
Moving is hard enough. Looking for somewhere shouldn't add to it.
Where we are now
We're new. Every home here comes straight from the agent selling it, who keeps it up to date: prices, closing dates, under offer, sold. Each one links to the agent's own listing. We're starting with local agents, and more Tayside agents are joining. Are you an agent?
Set an alert and we'll email you when a matching home comes up: straight away, in a morning digest, or only for really strong matches. We send one email first to check the address is yours, and every alert has a one-click unsubscribe.
Independent
We aren't part of, or affiliated with, TSPC (Tayside Solicitors Property Centre), Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket or any estate agent. Their names are used only to say where homes are listed. Every home here is shown with the selling agent's permission.
Your data
- Saved homes, hidden homes and recently viewed homes live in your browser. We never see them unless you sign in.
- If you sign in, we keep your email address and those three lists so they appear on your other devices. Sign-in uses a link we email you; there's no password and no cookie. You can sign out everywhere, or delete your account, from My Tayside at any time.
- If you set an alert we keep your email address and your search. We use them only to send the alerts you asked for. Addresses that never confirm an alert, and alerts you unsubscribe from, are deleted after 30 days.
- No advertising trackers. No selling your details to agents or mortgage brokers.
The full details are in our privacy notice, and the rules for using the site in our terms. Questions: hello@taysidepropertycentre.co.uk
